Closing ceremony of KVS Regional Sports Meet was held at LPU on July 31,2022 . The three – day meet featured 921 participants from 56 Kendriya Vidyalayas across the Chandigarh region . Sh.Karambir Singh , Principal , KV No.4 , graced the occasion as Chief Guest of the day . In Volleyball U – 17 , KV.3 , Pathankot won the match by 3-2 points defeating High Grounds , Chandigarh . KV No. 3 Pathankot outplayed KV No.3 , JRC Handball match . In Kabbadi , KV Bhunga defeated KV No.2 , Ferozepur Cantt by 52 36 scores . In individual event , Viresh Hans of KV No.3 , JRC . outplayed Kanishk Verma of KV No.1 , Amritsar in Taekwondo U – 17 in category 31 35 Kg . In Judo U – 19 , Vivek of KV No.2 , JRC . marked his victory defeating Jaskaran of DBN , Shikar in the category of 50 Kg . The winners were felicitated by the Chief Guest Sh .
